Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council appointed ITBC to undertake a pre-aquisition building condition survey to provide RMBC with a detailed report highlighting all the defects and liabilities which would be inherited if the purchase proceeded.
ITBC also undertook and measured survey and produced accurate building layouts of the property in CAD.
Project Description
Littleborough United Reform Church is located on Victoria Street, Littleborough OL15 9DB and was built circa 1869. Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) were going through the process of purchasing the property.

ITBC worked closely with the RMBC to understand their proposed use for the building so the building condition report could be tailored to not only report on the existing condition but also to identify any potential problems during the conversion process to the proposed use.
