ITBC provided a full working drawings package and NBS specification to gain statutory approvals (building regs) and to tender the project. Upon contractor appointment ITBC were also retained to provide contract administration services throughout the duration of the project. We chaired progress meetings, dealt with queries, reviewed applications for payment and issued payment certificates, monitored work on site for progress and quality of workmanship, undertook snagging inspections, organised handover and produced a final account document together with the health & safety file.
Project Description
The works comprised of a full fit out of the exiting building shell which included new partition walls, floor coverings, ceilings, WC’s (including accessible facilities), kitchen fit out, new FFE. New services were also installed including lighting, small power, data, fire alarm, security system and cctv.

Working closely with the board of trustees ITBC produced design documentation and held regular review meetings on site to ensure the project requirements were continually met and the budget closely monitored to match the funding allocation.
During the construction phase we worked closely with the appointed contractor to review alternative materials (during the Covid-19 lockdown) to mitigate delays and control costs.
